First off, I think the style is amazing. It's like paint in most places, but then there are some others, like the background and what appears to be a feather in her left hand, that looks like it was painted with light. It has perfect colors, I think. You put a lot of detail into the head and the hair, but as we start to go lower on her body, it seems like it looses a lot of that detail and precision. Especially the skirt part, it's a little bit of a mess. That's not to say it isn't beautiful in itself, but it doesn't really fit with the great detail of the face and hair. Also, I'm wondering what the arms are doing. They appear to kind of just...be there. One is holding a feather, yes, but the other is just hanging out for some reason. On a lighter note, maybe this is ok since it gives us the chance to see her gloves, which I absolutely adore.
Nice job. like I've said before, proportional accuracy doesn't determine if a piece is good or bad, but as for your piece, i'd say that while people might say that it's off, i think it sorta gives it an angled look to it, but may I suggest making the arms a bit more livly looking? they're kinda both like an 'L' and somtimes that disrupts the motion in a piece. colors? Great. green and yellow look great together like this. It's sorta like an electric firefly type of vibe.
I won't critique on body proportions 'cux i see that that's your style, and i by no means wish to make you bend to a style you do not wish to go to, you see? Overall, nice job, you have a style that will be instantly recognized to viewers. Keep it up.
