Great use of color! You did well in arranging all the hues to make the piece pop without getting muddy. I also enjoy the variation between broad, smooth strokes and the tiny little squiggly ones. I feel that a little attention needs to be given to the edges around her neck, especially the little white squiggly on the left. Because of the sharpness of it, her neck and the squiggle start competing to be in front and the piece flattens out. The same sort of thing happens where her hair meets the ruffles just below that, and to a lesser degree, where her bangs cover her eyes. The eye is so crisply rendered it starts to feel like it's in front of the bangs.
Compositionally, my only critique is the upper-right hand corner; the space between the curve of her head and the edge of the piece is very tense. If that were broken by a curve or something in the background I think it would unify the piece a little better.
All that said, I love the subtle colorations in the face. The skin definitely seems translucent and reflective of the colors around it. The butterflies are also a charming touch!
Overall, great work, keep it up!
